Flow is a place to catch up, grab a drink and settle in. Come in for great food, relaxed drinks and good company, then stay for Friday and Saturday nights when the music starts, the room comes alive. From morning coffee and breakfast to late nights, Flow is a place to enjoy the day your way.
The old Rous Hotel on the corner of Zadoc and Keen is a site that has been at the heart of this neighbourhood for generations. First established in 1959, while the Courthouse Hotel was built at the site in the 1880s. It has been at the center of Lismore through ups and downs. We kept the bones. We added a dance floor, a proper sound system, and a new fit out to enhance the vibe.
Lismore and the Wilson's River is at the heart of the Northern Rivers. Water finds its way. After everything this town has been through, so does Lismore. Flow is part of that story.
